ART & CORE
The purpose of this three-part workshop series geared toward businesses is to connect with our inner strengths. In finding our core strengths and connecting them to a our creative trajectories, we can achieve a better understanding of the relationship between our bodies and minds.
Each workshop session includes Pilates exercises, guided meditation, cardio movement, writing prompts, personal goal setting, and community building. We will seek to identify the blocks in our minds and bodies in order to break through to healthy artistic, creative, and physical practices.
These practices can affect our self esteem, body language, energy levels, productivity, and resourcefulness. In our personal and professional lives, the impacts of these practices can improve our:
creativity and emotional grounding
poise and self confidence
effective public presentations
bonding and collaboration
positive outlook
Each workshop in the series is scheduled for 2-3 hours and has a different theme. New themes can be added or adapted to apply to the specific work, team, artistic and company environment, along with its needs and goals.
