As some of you know, Art & Core is a series I created that connects the body and mind. Art & Core bridges the gap between my work as an artist and a Pilates instructor. Each session includes Pilates, guided meditation, and writing. The purpose of the class is to find core strength through connecting to inner creativity. In this time of quarantine, the theme for our sessions will be "pace yourself." In addition to the usual repertoire, I will teach a few pelvic floor exercises I have learned from @carolyne_anthony in my recent certification as a pre/postnatal specialist. All levels are welcome.
